**SPECIAL OFFER** During October and November all rooms are at the special Discounted rate of £55.00 per night midweek and £79.00 at weekends based on minimum of two nights excluding rugby and any other special events in Edinburgh.

reservations
You can make reservations up to one year in advance.
Please try to give us an indication of your estimated arrival time.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card/debitcard.
Your card must be valid for the duration of your stay.
Your card will only be debited should you fail to show up.
If a credit/debit card is not available, a cheque equalling first
night's stay, made payable to 'Craigmoss Guest House' must be received within 14 days of arrival.

cancellations
We will always do our utmost to re-let the rooms. The full charge will be due if cancellation is within one week of arrival, (less any revenue from re-letting:) A no-show will be charged in full. Except during the festivals in August and at New Year and any rugby matches when we have a 14 day cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us before any action can be made. We do recommend you take out travel insurance just in case you have to cancel through something unavoidable. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required for all New Year reservations. Check-out is by 10.30am on day of departure. An estimated arrival time is kindly requested for all reservations.
